about your computer, please ask it in this thread and I'll assist you As long as I'm assisting you on Malwarebytes Forums, in this thread, I'll ask you to not seek assistance anywhere else for any issue related to the system we are working on.However, I'll always reply within 24 hours, 48 hours at most if something unexpected happens This is because I need some time to analyse them and then act accordingly.

As you'll notice, the logs we are asking for here are quite lenghty, so it's normal for me to not reply exactly after you post them.Since we'll be working together, you can call me Aura or Yoan, which is my real name, it's up to you! Now that we've broke the ice, I'll just ask you a few things during the time we'll be working together to clean your system and get it back to an operational state. My name is Aura and I'll be assisting you with your malware issue. I did see the driver in the Windows 7 Control Panel for "Uninstalling and change a program". Thank you for your precious tip ! I removed ezcap driver, installed Win7 Driver but could not find the location of the Win7 driver in my system ( this info is essential to load the driver in System Device Manager ). I hope this helps gets you moving forward. Some customers reported using a better quality set of gold plated RCA cables fixed their issue right away while others found the included USB cable to be faulty or of poor quality and replacing it solved their issue. I have also found that poor quality audio and video was often a result of low quality USB cable and/or Audio/Video cables used. The AltoEdge device is the same EZ cap device and I have found that no audio/video either meant that the right driver was not installed or the device was faulty. I would recommend removing the driver and installing the Win7 Driver linked on the following page:
